Chris Lathey has worked in the Gibraltar insurance industry since 2002, firstly with Aon setting up and running both direct writers and captives, before taking two personal lines insurers self-managed and managing both companies through periods of tremendous growth not just in the top line, but with underwriting performance and profit tracking in line. Has been MD of Haven Insurance since 2008, currently a non-executive director of the Red Sands Insurance Group and the Vice-Chair of the Gibraltar Insurance Association.
